United Bank Limited (UBL) is hiring fresh and experienced individuals as Customer Care Officers. We are looking for committed and passionate individuals who are willing to be a part of the banking service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries within the standard time, as defined by the management
· Highlight issues and queries faced during complaint resolutions to the respective team supervisors/managers
· Monitor and follow up with the concerned department who is responsible for resolving the complaints and close the same on the Complaint Management & Tracking System
Skills Required:
· Customer focused
· Good communication skills
· Team player
· Adherence to high customer service standard
Eligibility Criteria:
· Minimum Bachelor’s from an HEC Recognized Institute/University
· Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Timing: Shift based
Location: Karachi and Islamabad
