Bahria Foundation invites applications for following position: SR. MANAGER HR (OPERATIONS)
Bahria Foundation is looking for Sr. Manager HR (Operations) for its Head Office located at Karachi.
Requirements:
Education: MBA (HR) with 8 to 10 years of HR Operations Management including documents handling. HR Certifications will be preferred.
Skills:
· Hands-on experience over HR Operations, Employee Data Management, Compensation & Rewards Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Budgeting, Organizational Development, Performance Management & Employee Counselling.
· Support HR Team in their responsibilities and provide solutions / guidance on day-to-day affairs.
· Understanding and translating Policy Framework into processes & procedures.
· Must have knowledge of Competency Framework.
· Exposure of taking up OD interventions.
· Working knowledge of legal affairs pertaining to rights of employer & employees and applicability of Labor Laws.
· Experience of conducting inquiries/disciplinary actions.
· Must have worked on HRMS with proficiency in Data Analysis (Data Cleansing, using advance Excel, HR Dashboards, etc.) and HR metrics.
· Command over MS Office especially in MS Excel.
· Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
