Job Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible to act as a bridge between sales and marketing, for direct marketing, pricing intelligence, annual pricing planning & monitoring, anti-counterfeit management, project management, support in budget planning and to evaluate analyse data over time to develop long term forecast for future business planning.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Marketing: Coordinate with sales at regional level to plan & compile Field Sales Promotion activities. Also calculate spend for all direct marketing activities at field level.
- Competitive Price Intelligence: Collect competitive price information at product level to support price decision-making. Evaluate and analyse pricing data over time, creates forecasts for future trends, and presents conclusions.
- Annual Pricing Plan: Support marketing department in development of month wise pricing plan at product level. Further, coordinate with financial analyst to update the target vs achieved price at month level to ensure achievement of pricing targets.
- Anti-counterfeit management
- Project management
- Support Head of Marketing in budget exercise.
Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, Power BI and MS Office
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
- Working knowledge with CRM programs
- Advise clients or senior management on the best ways to use provided data
- Knowledge of developing Dashboard
