Requirements
Qualification: B.Sc. / BE Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering
Experience: Candidate should have operational experience of 5-7 years in a reputable organization preferred Polyester Fiber / Textile industry
Responsibilities:
· Plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
· Identify operational and maintenance issues to prevent production delays
· Schedule inspection & maintenance of equipment to prevent equipment break-down
· Develop/update SOPs and best practices for production operations
· Ensure all the equipment, material and supplies are readily and available to carry out production
· Ensure to meet the quality and production standard
