Currently, we are looking for the services of energetic, enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Medical Claims Manager:
- Medical Claims Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive report on approved and rejected health claims as per company’s guidelines. He / she will be responsible for appropriate correspondence with the corporate departments of hospitals, manage medical hotlines and ensure effective client facilitation. He /she will also provide input on strategic decisions that affect the business unit and suggest process improvements.
- MBBS, with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Claims Administration. FLMI, CII or MBA in Health Management will also be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
