MBA Degree plus Professional Qualification (e.g. CPA, CIMA, ACCA or local equivalent)

- Previous Supply Chain Finance experience a benefit
- Proven finance partnering skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make complexity simple
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and planning
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and finance processes
- Demonstrated experience with senior stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience of providing management insight and value added analysis for complex issues
- Some understanding of how technical finance issues can impact the delivery of financial performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to act as an effective Finance Partner in a very complex commercial environment across multiple countries
- Ability to form strong relationships with site, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure the best outcomes for GSK
- Ability to lead and drive transformational change and cultural development
- Ability to develop the Finance team and increase the Finance Partnering Capability for all supply chain employees in the EM Supply Chain
- Ability to advance the Finance Target Operating Model and Global Finance transformation within the EMSC
