Position: Manager IE (Industrial Engineering)
Qualification: Graduate/ Masters in Industrial Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Location: Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Major specifications:
- Determine key Industrial Engineering KPIs
- Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area
- Operation breakdown, Operation Bulletins / Layout
- Train up production staff on efficiency and Operator, Line and floor efficiency Calculation
- Manpower Budget Planning and Prepare Man machine report
- Reduce WIP (Work in Process) and Line Cost Calculation, Floor capacity & SMV calculation
- Co-ordination with merchandising
- Fabric & thread consumption.
- Garments analysis & style development for reduce costing
- Improving Productivity through a detailed analysis of the process by process
