Job Description:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of group of companies.
- Fulfill the requirements of auditors for timely provision of information and ensure implementation of audit observations.
- Guiding team for timely and accurate expense and fixed asset recording in relevant cost Center in the preparation of expense report.
- Prepare & submit the groups’ monthly financial results, budgets & quarterly rolling forecasts and complete the reporting requirements.
- Perform detailed account analysis & corporate month-end processing and reporting.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare annual company tax return.
- Ensure & devise proper internal control for the recording of expenses and income with respect to each job (printing segment)/project (construction segment).
- Monitor & analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Other task assigned by the CFO & top Management.
