YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Partner to drive cost optimization, financial planning, and profitability across Supply Chain & Technical Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and COGM analysis across manufacturing and supply chain.
- Analyze cost per kg, liter, case, and pallet to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and validate savings with Finance against actual P&L results.
- Support strategic procurement, cost-effective sourcing, and supplier cost optimization.
- Evaluate CAPEX, working capital, inventory, and technology investments through ROI analysis.
- Develop business cases for automation, planning tools, and supply chain technology.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Procurement, and Finance leadership.
- Present actionable insights to senior management and support data-driven decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG manufacturing.
- ACCA, CIMA, ICMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong expertise in COGM, costing, financial modelling, and savings analysis.
- Advanced Excel, SAP/ERP, and Power BI/Tableau skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
