Are you creative, digitally savvy, and always ahead of the latest social media trends?
We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn product features into engaging content, grow our online community, and drive digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, publishing, and daily platform management, with a strong focus on TikTok.
- Develop product communication strategies and engaging content aligned with local consumer insights.
- Plan and coordinate content production, creative briefs, and trend-driven campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization.
- Build relationships with KOLs and KOCs, manage UGC initiatives, and encourage audience participation.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience growth, customer feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate customer enquiries and feedback with relevant internal teams.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing brand accounts in Pakistan.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, digital trends, content strategy, and local audience behavior.
- Hands-on experience with paid social advertising and performance optimization.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations, UGC programs, and online communities.
- Strong copywriting, creative planning, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Preferred: Active KOL or content creator experience, with an interest in consumer electronics and technology.
