HIRING OF PROFESSIONALS
Program Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), PESRP, under the project titled “Actions to Strengthen Performance for inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE)”, invites applications from eligible individuals for the following position to be filled on Project Pay Scale basis, till the completion of the project.
Position: Manager (Procurement & Contracts)
Required Qualification: At least 16 years of education, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Candidates having procurement related trainings/certifications will be preferred. Higher qualification will be preferred.
Required Experience: At least Seven (07) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors. Experience in procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services and contract management with Donors funded programs/projects & PPRA Rules.
Should have in-depth knowledge of Govt. and donors’ procurement rules and guidelines. Understanding of procurement cycle management.
Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Required Qualification: At least Master’s Degree or Equivalent (16 years of Education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, Mathematics, from local or foreign university, duly recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Higher qualification will be preferred.
Required Experience: At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors.
Experience of developing monitoring framework, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting and gap analysis/corrective measures.
Demonstrated experience of writing reports with quantitative analysis.
