International Packaging Films Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 to join our team at Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of plant electrical equipment as per preventive maintenance schedules.
• Carry out electrical wiring, installation, repair, and maintenance of plant electrical equipment under supervision.
• Identify and report electrical consumable requirements to the Shift In-charge.
• Ensure proper use and basic maintenance of electrical tools and equipment during shift operations.
• Record daily electrical maintenance activities and report to the Shift In-charge.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of electrical equipment and work areas.
• Follow housekeeping standards and safe working practices in electrical work areas.
• Perform assigned electrical maintenance tasks as instructed by the Shift In-charge or Supervisor.
• Act as Deputy for the Line Manager and assume operational and compliance responsibilities during their absence.
• Actively participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO, ISCC PLUS, BRC, and other applicable compliance standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Product Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and other management system protocols and standards.

• Qualification: DAE Electrical
• Experience: 2–4 Years
• Candidates must be willing to work in shifts.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment will be preferred.

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 to manage employee attendance, working hours, shifts, and timekeeping records.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Maintain accurate daily employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Monitor in-time, out-time, late arrivals, and early departures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
• Maintain and monitor employee shift schedules.
• Record and verify overtime hours.
• Coordinate with HR, department heads, and supervisors regarding attendance issues.
• Monitor absenteeism and prepare relevant reports.
• Process attendance data for monthly payroll.
• Maintain records of leave, absences, and attendance adjustments.
• Verify biometric attendance data and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely submission of attendance and overtime reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of employee records.
• Assist HR in implementing attendance and working-hour policies.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in timekeeping, attendance, or HR operations.
• Experience in a factory/industrial environment will be preferred.
• Experience with biometric attendance systems and HR software will be an advantage.
• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel, are required.
