Haier is looking for a technically skilled, proactive, and quality-focused Line Quality Assurance Engineer – P2 to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality compliance throughout production lines, identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining consistent product quality in accordance with established standards and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement QA plans and quality standards across production, ensuring compliance with product specifications, process controls and quality requirements.
Monitor and resolve quality issues through inspections, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous process improvement.
Develop and control QA documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, inspection standards, checklists and quality records.
Coordinate with other departments and Chinese experts for new model trials, process validation, technical improvements, risk mitigation and product launches.
Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance and 6S implementation, conduct internal audits, train relevant staff and drive productivity and quality improvements.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Quality Management
4–6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, process control, CAPA, root-cause analysis, SOPs, Work Instructions, ISO Standards and inspection standards.

Haier is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused QMS & Internal Audit Associate Engineer – P1 to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance with quality standards and procedures, identifying process gaps, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and update the Internal Audit Plan, SOPs, Quality Policy & Objectives in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Manage document control, versioning, coding, master document lists and QMS records.
Conduct process risk assessments, gap analyses and internal audits to ensure compliance with documented procedures and shop-floor practices.
Manage CAPA and audit non-conformities, ensuring timely documentation, tracking, corrective actions and closure.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 and maintain documentation/evidence for external certification and surveillance audits.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in Quality Management / Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management Systems, Internal Auditing or QMS Documentation.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards and audit requirements.
