Position: Head of Warehouse & Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Warehouse & Logistics operations to ensure achievement of daily and monthly business targets.
- Strategically plan with transporters and vehicle providers to meet daily and monthly volume surges and targets.
- Oversee asset recovery from the market to prevent production disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), HSE standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate with sales team to manage near-expiry and returned products.
- Manage warehouse infrastructure, layout, and space utilization for raw materials and finished goods.
- Supervise receiving, offloading, storage, dispatch, and stock transfers across territories.
- Maintain proper documentation and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare annual departmental budgets and present performance reports to management.
Job Requirements:
- MBA / MS – Specialization in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Warehousing and Logistics at a managerial level, preferably within the FMCG / beverage sector.

Position: Manager/Assistant Manager – Fleet & Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete fleet of company-owned vehicles (delivery trucks, forklifts, staff vehicles, primary transport).
- Control fleet costs (fuel, maintenance, tires, insurance) and ensure cost optimization.
- Manage asset tracking and intimation for new vehicles.
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to distributors as per sales plan.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams for daily dispatch planning.
- Ensure all vehicles have valid fitness certificates, route permits, insurance, and excise documents.
- Conduct driver training on defensive driving and safety SOPs.
- Manage third-party transporters, negotiate rates, and evaluate performance.
- Lead and develop fleet supervisors, dispatchers, and drivers.
- Monitor driver performance, route discipline, and compliance with safety & traffic regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is required, Master’s degree (MBA / MS) in Supply Chain will be preferred.
- 5-7 years of exprience in Logistics & Fleet Management , preferably in beverage industry/FMCG.

Position: Assistant Manager Sales Insights
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement pricing structures and promotional campaigns across relevant systems.
- Register new items (Packs, SKUs, Chillers, Channels, Handlers) in THEIA system.
- Monitor Outlet wise availability SKU-wise performance.
- PSR productivity Analysis by tracking Time in Outlet & Time in Market KPIs
- Maintaining & finalizing PSR attendance records for payroll processing through HR Operation
- Map SAP SKUs with THEIA to ensure seamless stock uploads.
- Communicate approved secondary promotions to Sales Managers for effective execution.
- Develop and maintain sales team scorecards for performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with Sales team on THEIA-related training and operational issues and resolve by liaising with THEIA support.
- Analyze distribution-wise and pack-wise wholesale contributions vs. primary targets for GM Sales.
- Prepare secondary sales analysis reports for Monthly Review Meetings (MRM).
- Coordinate with the THEIA team for any system enhancements or developments as per management requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes or changes before releasing updates to the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Master in Business Administration or Data Analytics.
- 3-4 Years of Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Beverages.
