SLG Trax is looking for an experienced Manager – Forwarding to join our team in Lahore and oversee forwarding and line-haul operations.

Experience: 3–5 years in forwarding/logistics operations
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily forwarding and line-haul operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch, movement, and receiving of shipments.
- Coordinate with hubs, branches, transporters, and operations teams.
- Monitor shipment movement, delays, shortages, and exceptions.
- Ensure proper documentation, scanning, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Manage transport capacity, routes, and operational costs.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of forwarding KPIs.
- Prepare daily/weekly forwarding performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in forwarding/logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of line-haul and transportation operations.
- Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and operational reporting.
The role will involve managing daily forwarding operations, coordinating with hubs and transporters, monitoring shipments and KPIs, managing operational costs, and ensuring timely movement and documentation.
