Position: Deputy Manager Internal Audit
Qualifications
- CA Finalist/ ACCA / ACMA / CIA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Finance, Risk & Compliance or a similar function.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Internal Audit, Risk Assessment and Internal Control Evaluation.
- Proficient in financial, procurement and project cost audits, including expenditure and billing verification.
- Strong capability in cost analysis, market-rate benchmarking and commercial evaluation.
- Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, equipment procurement, civil works, imports and project-based operations.
- Proficient in data analysis, audit working papers, exception reporting and management-level audit reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, procurement controls, data analysis and audit documentation is preferred

Position: Manager Procurements – Imports
The individual should be capable of managing the complete international procurement cycle from technical requirement and supplier identification through commercial negotiation, contracting, shipping, customs clearance, regulatory compliance and final delivery.
Qualifications: Telecom, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or MSc. Supply Chain from a reputed institute.
Required Skills
- Manage high-value procurement from China and other international markets.
- Identify, evaluate and develop technically capable international suppliers.
- Conduct RFQs, commercial evaluations and negotiations.
- Negotiate equipment pricing, payment terms, warranty, lead time, Incoterms and after-sales support.
- Develop alternate international sources and mitigate single-source dependency.

Position: Procurement Executive – Operations and Document Control
The primary responsibility of the position will be maintaining the Central Procurement Tracker, updating procurement status and TATs, controlling procurement documentation, coordinating invoice processing, tracking pending payments, and ensuring procurement records remain complete, accurate and up to date.
The position will provide centralized visibility of PRs, POs, invoices, pending actions, delays and procurement performance, allowing Procurement Managers to focus on sourcing, negotiations, supplier management and strategic procurement activities.
Qualifications
- BBA / BS Supply Chain Management.
- B.Com / M.Com.
- MBA Supply Chain / Operations.
- Relevant procurement or supply-chain qualification.
Required Skills
- Maintain and continuously update the Central Procurement Tracker.
- Record and update PR, PO, vendor, project, value and procurement status information.
- Maintain accurate procurement stage and TAT information.
- Track PR-to-PO timelines and other defined procurement milestones.
- Identify overdue and aging transactions.
- Maintain pending-action and escalation lists.
- Ensure tracker information is updated based on SAP B1 and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Procurement team members to obtain missing information.
- Maintain data accuracy and eliminate duplicate/incomplete entries.
- Prepare daily and weekly tracker summaries for Procurement management.
