WE ARE HIRING GROUP BRAND MANAGER

THE ROLE

Himont Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Group Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of its brand portfolio across key therapeutic areas. This role will be responsible for building strong brands, driving product growth, and ensuring market leadership through deep customer and market insights, innovative strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives and therapeutic area priorities.
Product Growth & Performance: Drive product performance through effective positioning, innovative campaigns and customer engagement.
Market & Customer Insights: Leverage market research and real-world insights to identify opportunities and shape brand plans.
Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with medical, sales, marketing, regulatory and local teams to ensure cohesive execution across markets.
Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Support product launches, brand lifecycle management and strategic initiatives for long-term value creation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Education: MBA (Marketing preferred) with a strong academic background in a relevant field.
Experience: 8 – 12 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 3+ years in a brand management role (or equivalent exposure).

- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
