Bin Rasheed Group is hiring an experienced Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calcium Carbonate plant projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Oversee construction, installation, commissioning, and trial runs
Ensure projects meet scope, quality, cost, timelines, and HSE requirements
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
5–10 years of industrial plant experience
Calcium Carbonate, Minerals, Chemical, or Powder Processing experience preferred
Job Description:
Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from planning, design and development through implementation, commissioning and handover, ensuring effective coordination of civil, structural, mechanical and utility works. Develop project plans, methodologies, BOQs, budgets, resources and schedules; manage contractors and multidisciplinary teams; and ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, time, cost, quality and HSE requirements. Oversee fabrication, erection, equipment installation, commissioning, trial runs and operational handover, while resolving technical issues, closing deficiencies, maintaining project documentation and capturing lessons learned.
