JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and files.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Organize meetings, events, and administrative activities for the MD’s office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Position : COMPANY SECRETARY
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize periodic Board and specialized Advisory Committee meetings, drafting actionable agendas and decision-focused Minutes of Meetings (MoM) distributed within 48 to 72 hours.
- Design standardized, single-page executive dashboards and board presentation templates to ensure concise, data-driven insights reach Directors at least 5–7 days prior to scheduled meetings.
- Build and run a centralized Post-Board Action Tracker across all operating business units.
- Establish and maintain an audit-ready, centralized digital repository for 100% of group Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney (POA), banking signatures, and major commercial agreements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: ICMAP, ACCA, CA, or Corporate Law backgroun or a relevant field. Professional qualification in Company Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance or LLB will be preferred.
- Experience: Bring 8 to 10 + years of demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, statutory compliance, or executive board management within multi-entity private groups, large family enterprises, or rapidly expanding corporate holdings.
- Key Skills: Possess exceptional business writing and minute-taking precision, deep working knowledge of private corporate law, strong proficiency with digital governance toolkits and the proven ability to manage complex board dynamics while driving cross-departmental accountability.
