We’re hiring a Head of Internal Audit at ParkView City Islamabad.
We’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee our audit function, strengthen internal controls, and guide risk management across the business.
Candidates should be CA finalists or qualified, have prior SAP experience, and bring at least 12 years of relevant audit experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
WE’RE HIRING HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT
ParkView City Islamabad is looking for Head of Internal Audit to join our team in Islamabad.
Key responsibilities
- Plans the objectives, scope, and methodology of audit engagements.
- Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment and organizational priorities.
- Lead and manage the Internal Audit Department, ensuring effective resource allocation, training, and professional development.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across all business units.
- Conduct audits of construction work, financial, operational, IT, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and laws.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Report audit findings, risks, and recommendations to the Audit Committee and senior management in a clear and timely manner.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements agreed upon with management.
- Act as an advisor to management on risk management, internal controls, and governance matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Finalist/Qualified with prior SAP experience
- Professional certification such as CIA shall be added advantage
- Minimum 12 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or financial services sector is preferred.
