Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Capital Division to join our team and lead key HR functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection for Head Office, Retail, and other business functions.
2. Manage HR operations, onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
3. Oversee performance management, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
4. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
5. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
6. Manage compensation, benefits, leave, and employee welfare programs.
7. Coordinate training and development initiatives.
8. Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
9. Lead and develop the HR team while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Retail, Fashion, Footwear.
3. Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong command of MS Office and HR systems.

Experience: 7–10 years of relevant HR experience.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
