WE ARE HIRING Resource Development Manager
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will lead strategic fundraising efforts in an annual target-based role, cultivating, stewarding, and expanding relationships with high-value donors. The role requires ability to secure major contributions while ensuring ethical and transparent practices. The incumbent will manage donor communications, coordinate engagement visits, and represent the organization at key philanthropic events.
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 7–10 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within reputable non-profit organizations. Demonstrated success in securing large-scale philanthropic contributions, with strong experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and donors. Experience managing a high-net-worth donor portfolio is an advantage.
