Job Title: Senior Manager Accounts Receivables

Union Steel Industries (USI) is among Pakistan’s established steel rebar manufacturers, hiring for Senior Manager Accounts Receivables. The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate collection of outstanding payments.
- Manage the accounts receivable team, providing training, support and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations related to accounts receivable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving payment issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare periodic reports and track ageing balances.
- Analyze and implement strategies to improve cash flow, reduce overdue accounts, and streamline receivables processes.
Requirements:
- ICMA/ACCA part qualified with Bachelors in Commerce.
- 5-6 years in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Oracle based ERP Systems and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, detail orientation, and time management skills.
