Position: Data Entry Officer

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Intermediate qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel is essential.
Good typing, data management, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare, verify, and update branch petty cash reports on a daily basis.
Manage invoices and related documentation.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with various departments and branches for timely record updates.
Handle MS Excel and other computer-related tasks efficiently.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices.
Coordinate invoicing and reconciliation with Foodpanda.
Maintain accurate records of receivables and collections.
Follow up with vendors/customers for timely payments.
Assist in month-end closing related to receivables.
Handle other restaurant-related accounting and coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
Knowledge of sales accounting and banking procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
