Position: Mechanical Supervisor – WHRP & CFPP
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Control Monitoring Manager to join our team.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Technology from a reputed technical institute
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a cement, power, heavy industrial, or continuous process environment
- Hands-on experience in maintenance of steam turbines, boilers, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, cooling towers, and related equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities
- Experience in supporting annual overhauls, major inspections, and planned outages
- Solid working knowledge of mechanical drawings and their application in maintenance activities
- Experience in plant spare parts and inventory management in coordination with maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices, including Work Permits, LOTOTO, and Risk Assessment
- Good understanding and practical application of 5S methodology for maintaining plant cleanliness and workplace standards

Position: Condition Monitoring Manager
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Control Monitoring Manager to join our team.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Valid Vibration Analysis Level 2 Certification (ISO 18436-2 or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Condition Monitoring, preferably within a cement, heavy industrial, or continuous process industry
- Hands-on experience with CSI-2140 Vibration Analyzer and Emerson AMS Suite Machinery Health Manager for vibration data acquisition, analysis, and equipment condition monitoring
- Proven experience in infrared thermography using FLIR T460, including thermal pattern analysis and interpretation
- Experience in developing and implementing reliability improvement strategies for critical plant equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion, including execution and completion of maintenance work orders
- Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implementation of corrective actions
