𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗦𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁)
We are looking for HR Executive for a new stitching unit at warehouse Korangi, Karachi. The candidate required with strong grip on stitching matters, related to payroll, contractors billing, attendance and policies.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within a textile, garments, manufacturing, or stitching unit.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and induction for approved vacancies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS entries, and employee movement records.
- Monitor and verify employee and outsourced/contractor staff attendance and ensure timely submission.
- Prepare and issue employee and contractor ID cards, along with temporary entry slips, within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and contractors to resolve HR and employee-related operational issues.
- Prepare, verify, and coordinate accurate contractor billing, including piece-rate/per-piece billing, transport, canteen, janitorial, loader, electrician, and other service-related bills.
- Coordinate with stitching-unit contractors and service providers to ensure accurate records, timely submissions, and smooth workforce-related operations.
