We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator / Network Engineer to manage and support our network infrastructure across multiple operational sites. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting, along with the ability to lead day-to-day network operations and support infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain routers, switches, PoE switches, and wireless access points across multiple operational sites.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, spanning tree protocols, and Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity.
- Administer Next-Generation Firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Sophos.
- Manage ACLs, web filtering, port forwarding, and firewall security policies.
- Configure and troubleshoot Site-to-Site IPsec VPNs and Remote Access VPNs.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, device health, and uptime using network monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot network outages and serve as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with ISPs and hardware vendors for link failures, equipment deployment, and RMA processes.
- Maintain network documentation, IP addressing records, cabling layouts, and device configuration backups.
- Supervise and delegate daily tasks to IT Support Engineers and Technicians.
- Support major infrastructure projects including AI camera networks, HRMS integrations, network upgrades, and hardware replacements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration / Network Engineering.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
- CCNP or firewall-specific certifications such as NSE 4 are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with PoE switches, wireless access points, and multi-WAN firewalls.
- Experience with Cisco, Hikvision, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on hardware installation skills.
