Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking to onboard ‘Marketing Services Manager’ in Karachi for our Telecom Division.
Qualification: Graduation MBA Preferred
Experience: 8-10 years, 6-8 years relevant job
Job Description:
- Align Principals’ objectives with the Company’s corporate objectives.
- Develop strategic work plans with Management and set performance targets.
- Convert agreed objectives into actionable goals for the sales force.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans to drive profitable growth of the principals’ business.
- Coordinate with Principals to define key performance indicators impacting business performance.
- Plan and monitor strategies for successful new product launches in line with Principals’ objectives.
- Gain thorough product knowledge and communicate features, benefits, USPs, pricing, and pack sizes to the sales force through Sales Manager.
- Analyze and report market intelligence on promotions, pricing, coverage, credit terms, and new launches of the Company and competitors, and assess their business impact.
- Provide regular updates to Management on sales performance, distribution, and market expansion opportunities.
- Ensure optimal stock availability in the market in line with regional sales forecasts.
- Communicate trade schemes and new product launches to the sales force through Sales Manager on an ongoing basis.
- Review the adequacy of sales plans and address operational issues with Sales Manager during regular interactions and sales meetings.
- Ensure generation of appropriate sales orders through Sales Manager in line with market potential and approved sales plans.
- Follow up on Principals’ M&P and sales-related issues and resolve them amicably.
- Review pipeline status with Principals and allocate stock accordingly.
- Implement and monitor FIFO practices for effective stock movement from HUB to channel partners.
- Review recoveries and HUB stock levels to plan fresh orders as per market requirements and submit weekly reports.
