Key Requirements are as:
- Lead the manage services projects from initiation to successful delivery and closure.
- Ensure project deliverables, KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, timelines, and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, budgets, risks, and operational performance.
- Identify project risks and issues and implement effective mitigation and corrective actions.
- Prepare and review regular project reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.
- Lead project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely resolution of customer and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with ZTE policies, customer requirements, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant telecom/Managed Services experience, with proven project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of telecom networks, operations, and Managed Services.
- Experience in customer management, SLA/KPI management, and large-scale telecom projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
