AI Engineer – Data & Analysis
- QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
- EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs and maintains ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouse schemas and vector stores feeding every product
- Builds live dashboards and automated reporting (BI tools / custom web) with scheduled refresh and alerting
- Runs AI-driven analysis on content, audience and social data — spotting patterns, trends and sentiment automatically
- Builds agentic workflows for content analysis & generation — agents that watch feeds, tag content and trigger insights automatically
- Owns data quality, validation, lineage and access control; exposes clean datasets via APIs to the rest of the team
- Instruments products with event analytics and defines the metrics that prove ROI
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and data handling.
- Experienced in building dashboards and reports from raw data.
- Comfortable working with APIs and Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and willing to learn and work with new data and AI tools.
Professional Experience:
- Experience working with Python and SQL for data analysis and handling data-related tasks.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using raw data to support business insights and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrating data from different sources.
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
- Ability to work with data and AI tools and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies on the job.

AI Engineer – Models, Backend & Frontend
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, CS, IT or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Fine-tunes and improves AI models across domains, including audio, video, and media, with rigorous testing before deployment.
- Builds backend services & APIs (REST/gRPC) that serve models to ERP, HRMS, CRM and agentic workflows
- Build AI services, systems, and agents that power enterprise applications and workflows, including HRMS, ERP, and CRM.
- Develops frontend interfaces for internal tools and product surfaces where AI features live
- Owns application security — keeping logins, data handling and dependencies safe and up to date
- Owns deployment — packaging, releasing and safely rolling out updates to AI models and services
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in Python and Backend Development
- Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, or similar backend frameworks
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and AI models
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices
- Knowledge of API development and integration
- Basic Frontend Development skills is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
Professional Experience:
- Experience in Python-based backend development, using frameworks such as FastAPI, Node.js, or similar techologies.
- Exposure to Machine Learning and AI model development, integration, or implementation.
- Experience following security-conscious coding practices and developing secure applications.
