We are looking for a passionate and innovative R&D professional to support new product development and improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for conducting market and competitor analysis, developing and conducting product and production trials, ensuring product quality and stability, supporting cost optimization, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop products and processes that meet consumer and business requirements.

Qualification & Experience
· MSc / BS Food Science & Technology
· 02 – 03 years of FMCG experience
Key Responsibilities
· Brainstorming on innovative ideas with R&D team for identification of new projects.
· Market survey of competitor’s products, packaging and price point to remain updated with local and export market trends.
· Conduct successful trials of new product to meet marketing/management requirements derived from consumer preferences.
· Conduct successful trials within defined timelines for new supplier development in association with Purchase department for arrangement of better-quality material at reasonable price.
· Chemical / physical testing of products for standardization of control limits.
· Assist Manager IRD for cost analysis of product to keep Food Cost within defined limits and maintain CM%.
· Assist Manager IRD for coordination with technical team for plant related matters to ensure arrangement of accurate accessories required for desired products.
· Conduct production trials for production feasibility of product on plant.
· Shelf-life analysis to ensure product stability on shelf.
· Conduct Travel Test activity to ensure product stability throughout supply chain.
· Assist Manager IRD in development of product specifications to lock the quality of materials during purchase.
· Assist Manager in development of process specifications for smooth production run.
· Assist Manager in developing BOM for successful production and to control material utilization and wastages during production.
