In this role, you will drive B2B sales of our Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution by building relationships with HR, Payroll, and Finance decision-makers. You will own the complete sales cycle, expand our presence across key business sectors, and represent NOVA Finance at industry and startup events.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of corporate or B2B sales experience, a strong network of HR and business decision-makers, and a self-driven, energetic approach with a strong builder mindset.
