HIRING DEPUTY MANAGER – TALENT AQUISITION
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Lead end-to-end talent management by partnering with department heads, understanding manpower requirements, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely closure of approved vacancies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding through documentation, orientation, and departmental induction.
- Drive employer branding via LinkedIn presence, university partnerships, and campus recruitment programs.
- Maintain monthly recruitment reports and dashboards for management insights.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s / MBA in Human Resources.
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong experience in Talent Acquisition preferably within the Textile & Apparel industry.
- Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management.
