𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗠 (𝗦𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴)
We are looking for an experienced Quality professional to oversee stitching quality and ensure products meet defined quality standards throughout the production process at warehouse Korangi, Karachi.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a relevant field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 4–6 years of relevant experience with Hands-on experience in Stitching/In-Line Quality and End-Line Quality is required.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-
- – Monitor and control quality across all stages of the stitching process.
- Conduct in-line and end-line inspections to identify and minimize stitching defects.
- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications, and SOPs.
- Monitor defects related to stitching, seams, measurements, construction, workmanship, and finishing.
- Analyze defect trends and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Finishing, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor DHU, rejection, rework, and alteration rates and take corrective actions to improve quality performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality checkpoints and inspection procedures on production lines.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate quality reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the stitching quality team.
- Ensure quality issues are identified and resolved at the earliest stage to minimize production losses.
