WE’RE HIRING Senior Executive Parameter (Yarn Dyeing)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate shade matching and color consistency in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and interpret data from spectrophotometers/spectrometers for color measurement, shade approval, and recipe optimization.
- Analyse dyeing defects, shade variations, and process deviations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, process stability, waste reduction, and quality enhancement.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in yarn dyeing operations, with significant exposure to process parameter optimization.
- Proven expertise in shade matching and colour management
- Excellent knowledge of shade matching, color evaluation, and color difference analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with spectrophotometer-based colour measurement systems and colour matching software.
