Feroze1888 Mills is seeking experienced Senior Manager profiles for its Civil department.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering
• 7-8 years of experience in construction, planning, and management of industrial structures.

Job Summary:
Incumbent will be responsible to lead, plan, and oversee all civil construction activities/projects across locations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, monitor project performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective, quality-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required.
2. Drive cost efficiency by reviewing operational expenses and cost sheets, ensuring proper allocations and improvements.
3. Plan, schedule, and supervise all construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
4. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and procurement teams for drawings, BOQs, schedules, and timely material availability.
5. Review and approve project changes, contractor bills, and coordinate clearances with Finance.
6. Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations through regular site safety inspections.
7. Lead renovation and layout planning for existing structures, maintaining accurate documentation and drawings.
8. Identify improvement opportunities, convert ideas into actionable initiatives, and implement controls to sustain performance.
