Qualification & Experience:
- B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 7-8 years of experience in construction, planning, and management of industrial structures.
Job Summary:
Incumbent will be responsible to lead, plan, and oversee all civil construction activities/projects across locations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, monitor project performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective, quality-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Drive cost efficiency by reviewing operational expenses and cost sheets, ensuring proper allocations and improvements.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and procurement teams for drawings, BOQs, schedules, and timely material availability.
- Review and approve project changes, contractor bills, and coordinate clearances with Finance.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations through regular site safety inspections.
- Lead renovation and layout planning for existing structures, maintaining accurate documentation and drawings.
- Identify improvement opportunities, convert ideas into actionable initiatives, and implement controls to sustain performance.
