Vacancy Announcement: Shrink Wrap Operator (Rawalpindi Office)
Murree Brewery Company Limited, is seeking a skilled and motivated Shrink Wrap Operator.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating shrink wrapping machines and a strong commitment to product quality, machine efficiency, and workplace safety.
Key Requirements:
- Intermediate or DAE (Mechanical/Electrical) will be preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating shrink wrap/packaging machines preferably in the Beverage and FMCG
- Good understanding of automated packaging equipment and machine settings.
- Ability to identify and resolve minor machine faults.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate shrink wrapping machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements.
- Ensure finished products are wrapped and packed as per quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues.
- Replace shrink film rolls and maintain proper material usage to minimize wastage.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
