We’re Hiring: Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP)
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide first-line HR support while partnering with the business to deliver effective HR solutions across key functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Assist in Performance Management, Job Descriptions (JDs), Organizational Charts, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and day-to-day HR Operations.
- Identify, analyze, and help resolve HR-related issues by recommending practical and business-oriented solutions.
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and facilitate training sessions as required.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA) with specialization in Human Resources.
💼 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
