- Qualification: BBA / MBA.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Key Skills/Exposure:
- Partnering with Commercial and Technical/Quality functions.
- Exposure to compliance-driven training governance.
- Experience in delivering programs.
