- Maintain product quality by adjusting machine settings and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper handling of materials during operations.
- Record production data and report any technical issues promptly to maintenance.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in milling operations.
- Must have experience working on automatic PLC-controlled plants.
- Strong understanding of machine operation, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.

Position: Rollman – Flour Mill
Location: Multan
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor roller mills for wheat grinding.
- Adjust roller settings to maintain the required flour quality.
- Ensure smooth stock flow and prevent chokage.
- Check product texture and coordinate with Quality/Lab.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
- Record production data and report issues to the Shift In-charge.
- Follow safety and food hygiene standards.
