Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership principals, key corporate clients, and institutional customers.
- Align dealer network activities with company sales strategy and regional targets.
- Monitor dealership sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
- Identify capability gaps within dealership teams and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of sales campaigns and product launches.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights from key stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports on stakeholder health, risks, and opportunities.
- Highlight potential business risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Identify and develop new institutional and corporate sales opportunities.
- Strengthen fleet and government business relationships in the region.
- Support achievement of regional sales targets.
