Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry in MS Excel.
- Conduct dashcam monitoring to ensure driver compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain and update match sheets to ensure accuracy of trip details, timings, and related documentation.
- Monitor bus movement through tracking systems and report delays or route deviations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education.
- Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shift-based operational environment.
