Role Overview
As a Management Trainee Officer (Field Engineering), you will:
✔ Assist in troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of solar energy systems
✔ Conduct site visits and perform technical diagnostics
✔ Learn and implement field protocols and safety standards
✔ Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely technical support
✔ Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain service excellence
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for candidates who have:
● A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
● Willingness to travel and work in dynamic field environments
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
