Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing
- Drive workwear sales growth by managing export buyers, meeting assigned revenue, order, and margin targets.
- Develop competitive costing and pricing strategies to ensure commercial viability and profitability of workwear products.
- Must Have strong knowledge of Workwear Compliances and Standards both ISO and NFPA.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, buyer engagement, and competitor benchmarking.
- Maintain strong buyer relationships by leading communication, resolving issues proactively, and supporting brand positioning.
- In-depth knowledge of workwear products, fabrications and trims.
- Market analysis and business development skills, including trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA Marketing / B.Sc. Textile Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Skills: Strong Sales knowledge, negotiation, and buyer-handling skills, particularly in local and export workwear markets.

Deputy Manager – Product Development
Responsibilities:
- Lead product development of WORKWEAR & TECHNICAL PPE including FR, welding, denim, hi-vis, industrial, and aluminized garments.
- Hands-on expertise with technical raw materials, including:
- FR cotton, modacrylic blends, aramids, carbon / anti-static fibers
- Coated & laminated fabrics, leather, and hybrid constructions
- Develop and manage tech packs, BOMs, size specifications, and sample approvals.
- Coordinate closely with fabric mills, trim suppliers, and testing laboratories.
- Ensure compliance with international PPE standards, including:
- EN ISO 11611 / EN ISO 11612
- EN 1149 (Anti-Static)
- EN ISO 20471 (Hi-Vis)
- Relevant NFPA / ASTM standards
- Support cost engineering, material optimization, and performance improvement.
- Handle customer technical queries and development feedback professionally.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA Marketing / B.Sc. Textile Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of experience in relevant field.
- Skills: Strong buyer-handling and negotiation skills in local and export workwear markets.
