Key Accountabilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage and develop distributors, dealers, and key accounts
- Lead, coach, and monitor Order Bookers / Territory Sales Officers
- Execute sales strategies, promotions, and go-to-market plans
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
- Monitor secondary sales, collections, and inventory
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
