Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales Operations to support our Corrugation Unit. This role will play a key part in streamlining sales processes, improving coordination between departments, and ensuring timely order execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Sales team in order processing, tracking, and execution.
-Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
-Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and dashboards.
-Monitor order status, customer commitments, and dispatch timelines.
-Assist in demand planning and sales forecasting.
-Handle customer queries related to orders, pricing, and deliveries.
-Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in sales operations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
-3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations / Commercial / Order Management (preferably in manufacturing).
-Strong command over MS Excel and ERP (SAP preferred).
-Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
