Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management process including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design and deliver learning interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ROI through feedback and performance improvement.
- Support HR in organizing engagement activities, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
