🚀 Netkom Technologies is hiring Odoo Developer & Systems Integration Managers (5+ Years)
Senior-level Odoo Developer & Systems Integration Manager for a US-based client. This is a Full-time, onsite position in Islamabad (Pakistan), ideal for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing experience.
🔧 Role Overview
You will lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Odoo, working closely with a US-based client while managing and mentoring a technical team. The role requires hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Integration Development: Design, implement, and maintain REST/JSON API integrations with E-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
Odoo Customization & Development: Develop custom Odoo modules and enhance core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting) using Python and the Odoo Framework.
Team Leadership: Lead the Odoo development team, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
Client-Facing Role: Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery alignment.
System Maintenance: Manage databases, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and handle debugging/testing using Git.
Data Migration & Synchronization: Ensure secure and accurate data migration and synchronization between Odoo and third-party systems.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience
Technical Skills: Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL
Odoo Expertise: Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, and versions 13–18
APIs: REST, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC integrations
Environment: PostgreSQL and Linux
Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with E-commerce integrations
Knowledge of Odoo Studio
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Prior experience working with international or US-based clients
