Responsibilities:
- Retail Development and sales activities in the assigned territory with distinct emphasis on identifying potential opportunities for new site development.
- Managing sales of commissioned sites, ensuring safety and high customer service standards.
- Comprehensive market area survey of all the major markets in order to identify new opportunities and future development.
- Team Management and implementing our company strategies.
Requirements:
- Business Graduates specialized in Sales & marketing having 3-4 years of Proven experience within the oil marketing sector (OMC).
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
- High Level of professionalism, Integrity and ethical conduct.
