Position: DEPOT IN-CHARGE
About Job:
This role oversees complete depot operations, including inventory control, cash handling with daily reconciliation, staff and security supervision, and coordination with Sales, Accounts, and Supply Chain teams. The position requires strong SOP compliance, audit readiness, and use of basic systems and reporting tools. Ideal candidates include retired bankers or professionals from FMCG or warehousing with 1–5 years’ experience, integrity, accuracy, and MS Excel skills.

What we are looking for:
- Complete responsibility of depot operations
- Stock & inventory management (receiving, storage, reconciliation)
- Cash handling, controls & daily reconciliation
- Supervision of security staff and depot workforce
- Coordination with Sales, Accounts & Supply Chain teams
- Ensuring SOP compliance, discipline, and audit readiness
- Use of basic systems, reporting tools & online research to improve processes
